Tamara Trading is the official distributor of Jura products in Saudi Arabia. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional after-sales support to our customers. Please review our warranty policy carefully to understand the coverage, exclusions, and process for warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty Period:
- The standard warranty for Jura coffee machines covers two (2) years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty for electrical components and accessories (e.g., milk frothers, water tanks, etc.) is three (3) months, provided there is no misuse, physical damage, or exposure to liquids beyond normal usage.
Non-Covered Components (Wear and Tear Items):
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- Water filters
- Coffee bean grinders
- Milk system components (tubes, nozzles)
- Drip trays and grounds containers
- Seals and gaskets
- Cleaning tablets and descaling solutions
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, stains, dents)
- Any consumable parts
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will be void in the following cases:
- Any physical or accidental damage due to mishandling or improper use.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-genuine Jura parts.
- Improper maintenance, such as failure to regularly descale or clean the machine.
- Damage due to power surges, voltage fluctuations, or unsuitable power sources.
- Use of unapproved accessories or consumables.
- Commercial use of products intended for home use.
Shipping & Service Costs
- Customers must bear the cost of shipping the product for any warranty claims.
- If you need assistance with shipping, we can provide this service at an additional charge.
- Any diagnostic or service fees for non-warranty repairs will be communicated before proceeding.
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or receipt is required for all warranty claims.
- Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team with a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos if possible.
- Inspection & Approval: Our technicians will inspect the scooter to determine if the issue falls under warranty coverage.
- Repair or Replacement: If approved, we will repair or replace the defective part as per warranty terms.
Maintenance Tips for Optimal Performance
- Use only Jura-approved cleaning and descaling products.
- Regularly clean and maintain the milk system and brewing unit.
- Avoid exposing the machine to extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Use filtered water to minimize scale buildup.
- Follow the user manual for proper usage and care instructions.
