Delivery Options in Saudi Arabia

We strive to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Here are our delivery options:

  1. Free Express Delivery on Orders Over 300 SAR
    Orders above 300 SAR qualify for free express delivery across Saudi Arabia. Estimated delivery time: 2-4 working days.
  2. Express Delivery for Orders Below 300 SAR
    A flat shipping rate of 20 SAR applies to orders under 300 SAR. Estimated delivery time: 2-4 working days.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@juraksa.com or call +966501229889.

  1. If shipped via Aramex, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
  2. Any discrepancies regarding missing or lost items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  3. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 30 working days after dispatch, as per Aramex policies.
  4. If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with the person who signed for it at the delivery address.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered items due to incorrect addresses. Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect or non-existent address.
